If you purchase any Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Payment processing is handled by our third-party provider, Stripe. You are responsible for providing valid, up-to-date payment information.

Subscription Plans and Renewals

Subscription Services are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. By signing up, you authorize recurring billing.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support. Refunds are issued at GoToAIGuy’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property provided by GoToAIGuy in connection with the Services ("Content") are the exclusive property of GoToAIGuy.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Content.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

User Content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoToAIGuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

  • Your use of the Services,

  • Your inability to use the Services,

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information.

In no event shall GoToAIGuy’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aureus Marketing Group and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services,

  • Your violation of these Terms,

  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

Modifications to Services

GoToAIGuy may modify or discontinue the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
